Liqui-Dirt Returns & Refunds Policy
We offer no refunds on Plants or Living Art Works or for international orders. In some case’s we may replace your art with another like, product. All Returns or refunds are on a management approval case by case basis. Failure to use only Liqui-Dirt plant food on plants or areas will void all refunds and or exchanges. Proof of receipt for Liqui-Dirt plant food may be required for managements decision on any issue. We will not warranty any living plant or art if soft-water is used to water a plant at any time.
The customer may be asked for the return of the goods at this time for any decisions. The customer is responsible for the return of the goods for testing and evaluation. The customer is responsible for all costs including shipping back goods as well as a 10% restocking fee if the item is not found to be defective. We are not responsible for any damages occurred for any hanging art or installation of such art by any means. Customers take full responsibility of hanging, setting, or installation of any product we offer. By your purchase on this site or at an event or booth location you agree to all terms in this policy and terms of agreement.
We will not reship goods or offer refunds if the shipment with its tracking information says delivered. It is your sole responsibility to track your package and make sure some one is responsible for excepting your items from the delivery carrier.
We will ship to the address you enter as the shipping address we are not responsible for typos and or incorrect addressing. We will not offer replacement for such goods that are shipped because of a failure by the customer to input there correct shipping address.
